    How it works

    1. Create your account
      Register during checkout if you haven’t already.
    2. Choose your plan
      Go to Subscription and open the Essnetz Meal Pack.
    3. Subscribe & buy
      On the product page, tap Buy now to go to checkout.
    4. Plan your meals
      From your account, open Meal Planner and select meals for your days.
    5. Enjoy!
      We cook & deliver. You heat, eat, and relax.

    Getting started

    What is Essnetz?
    Essnetz is a subscription-based meal service delivering freshly prepared meals on the days you choose—home or office.
    How do I subscribe?
    Go to Subscription → pick a plan → click Subscribe/Try now → create an account at checkout → complete payment. Then use the Meal Planner to pick meals for your preferred days.
    Do I need an account?
    Yes—an account is required to check out and to access the Meal Planner.

    Plans & pricing

    What plans do you offer?
    EssStarter (trial), EssLite (8 meals), EssBalance (12 meals), EssPro (16 meals), and EssFlexi (custom). See the Subscription page for current pricing.
    Is there a trial?
    Yes—EssStarter is a limited-time one-time trial with free delivery.

    Delivery area & timing

    Where do you deliver?
    We currently deliver in 56218 and 56220. Outside these areas? Join the waiting list from the Subscription page.
    When will my meals arrive?
    Your plan includes a fixed delivery window—shown during onboarding and in your confirmation emails.
    Can I choose delivery days?
    Yes—use the Meal Planner to pick your days.

    Ordering, checkout & planner

    Why can’t I access the Meal Planner?
    You must be logged in and have an active subscription.
    Can I change meals after I schedule them?
    Yes—until the cut-off time mentioned in your account emails. After that, contact support and we’ll try to help.

    Payments & legal

    Which payment methods are accepted?
    Payment is processed at checkout after login/registration.
    How do refunds or cancellations work?

    Packaging & sustainability

    Is your packaging recyclable?
    We aim for responsible packaging. Check symbols on the container and dispose accordingly.

    Account & notifications

    How do I reset my password?
    Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
    How will you notify me about deliveries?
    We’ll email your delivery window and updates. Outside our area? Join the waiting list on the Subscription page.

    Troubleshooting

    I’m outside 56218 & 56220—can I still get meals?
    Not yet. Join the waiting list in the Contact section so we can notify you as we expand.
    My plan shows a fixed delivery window—can I change it?
    We keep a consistent window for reliability. If you need an exception, message support and we’ll do our best.
